All artwork is copyrighted and is the sole property of Melissa Diane Photography. Purchasing artwork does not transfer ownership, nor does it provide any rights for re-use, duplication, or derivative works.

We make a concerted effort to accurately portray digital works (including colors); however, monitors may reproduce colors differently and we cannot guarantee what you see on your monitor will match printed products exactly.

If a package does not arrive, is damaged, or is lost in transit, please notify us within thirty (30) calendar days of shipping. Please provide photos of the damage incurred.
Shipping delays may occur from time to time; as such, we cannot guarantee delivery timing with shipping providers.
