About Me...

I fell in love with photography as a young girl. When my mother died, my infatuation for the art grew. She did not enjoy having her picture taken, as a result there are few photographs of her short life. The idea of being able to bottle a moment and keep it forever has always delighted me. In college I discovered I had a talent for this beautiful craft; there's been a camera in my hand since.

My photography is best described as documentary style, capturing the small, noteworthy moments often otherwise missed. I strive for my compositions to be pieces of art you are proud to display in your home.

I specialize in both archival compositions of families and couples, as well as still life photography.

I have a special fondness for composing photographs as spiritual bouquets for friends, family, and commissioned pieces.

My still life work is an homage to light and dark, death and life, how they are always intertwined. It is why the majority of them seem to lack light and color.

I hope you enjoy.
